Aneesa, Vogue Stylist

Aneesa stands out as one of the most talented and highly qualified hairstylists in Cape Town. Growing up in her mom’s salon, hair became her passion.
She studied hairdressing at Carlton Hair International in Johannesburg and worked for the company in 2010 when she braved the coastal shores of Cape Town to complete her Masters in Colour.

Her fearless approach and yearning for more saw her travel to London to do a Vidal Sassoon cutting course as well as Morocco and Paris where her focus was predominantly on fashion, crafting and distinctive styling of hair. With the international salon experience gained, it gave her the confidence to put herself forward to train Carlton students in cutting techniques.

She’s a partner at Vogue Hair Design, a Matrix Brand Advocate and part of the Matrix Artistic team. Her wealth of experience, creativity and distinctive style has had her work on styled shoots, Top Billing weddings and international weddings.

Aneesa is the Founder and creative stylist of their sister brand Styled By Vogue. She is a firm favourite among brides and bridal parties across South Africa and abroad. Specializing in bridal styling, she’s trained with international artist such as Arpita Karania, Duchess of Mane and Victoria Schimbator. Today she offers courses to upcoming artists.
